Who is Art Therapy for?

Art Therapy is for anybody who wants greater insight into their feelings, questions and experiences.

It could be that you are stuck in a role or a situation such as a job, a place, an idea ,illness or belief about life that you would like to heal, transform and accept.

Art Therapy is for groups or individuals, children, adults and couples.

The areas specialised in are phobias, ADHD and separation as well as dealing with anxieties, depression, burnout, relationship issues and identity questions.

Working together in groups enables you to discover how you inter-react with and relate to others around you. This is a safe, pleasant and practical way of helping you grow and become more the person you really are. Your feelings will be highly respected and an environment will be created where you feel safe and warm, giving you an opportunity to take the first steps towards harmony and your own development.

If you have serious mental problems and are already being treated by a psychiatrist or psychologist, this treatment may not be right for you. It is important for you to consult your doctor beforehand.
